Jones isn’t bad out there. He’s quick on his feet, great edges, and he does make nice heads-up passes. He’s just really undersized, but he has the toolset to make up for it.

His first pass is good when he has a little time to make it but the rest of his game has been subpar. He's really bad defensively which I guess we should have expected but I would have thought there'd be more offense in his game. I still think he should stay in the lineup but so far he hasn't been good.

Really underwhelming performances by Kakko and Lafrienere. They were unnoticeable tonight. I didn’t even see them make any defensive plays in their end or cover lanes. Kakko wins a puck battle after a mad scramble and loses it right after multiple times. Lafrienere is absolutely no where to be found.
