I’ve always thought about this, but with Bishop instead (who I still think was a mistake to trade away).

Trading for Halak was the big mistake. Hindsight being 20/20 a Bishop/Elliot tandem and Eller would have been better. Who knows without Montreal messing up Eller he might of been the C we needed.
