Muzzin with another strong game. the kid is coming along nicely. he had one bad read early in the 2nd and that is all i noticed all game. the acceleration of his game is starting to really happen. he has overcome the 'speed' issue and now is settling into his game. you can tell he is comfortable to the point now that he doesn't look scared out there.

LA's size is just killing teams late in games. a lot of these games now are 40-50 minute games. the last portion LA takes over completely dominates the flow and possession.

Haha I didn't even get that until you posted that. I love the Kings in-game crew between Cartman on the screens and the music actually fitting what is going on on the ice (Kipper gets pulled so they play Na Na Na Na Hey Hey Hey Goodbye etc.) and now this that is awesome. I'm glad that the refs have a better sense of humor than the umps in baseball. Our in-game entertainment guy would've been tossed in baseball.

The players love the black jerseys and they do have a say in what the wear.

Luc is the one who loves the Black and White.
He usually has good taste in stuff, but he is wrong here. They are just awful/boring. Many teams have gone with mostly black jerseys at home. yuck

i dig the old stuff. just got a new '85 with Simmer on it. wore it at practice last week and had parents and kids complementing me on it. one dad was "that is hockey jersey". this in CHI, who i think still have the best jersey....ever. the black **** is boring and overplayed
