There's no ****ing reason our goals against should sit at 12th in the league when we're giving up the second fewest shots of any team in the league.

Bernier, Quick, whoever, needs to get it together and start stopping some pucks. Our save percentage is abysmal and that's unacceptable when we're allowing so few shots in the first place.

It's not about how many shots, it's about the quality of shots the defense is giving up.
 
The PK also hasn't been quite sharp of late. The Kings need to reduce the number of penalties they commit, especially in the early parts of the 1st period, which is naturally going to lead to a slow start for the team.

I don't care how the Kings get the 2 points tonight, just get the 2 points.
 
Hrudey's on duty tonight. Quick should don Hrudey's helmet/cage combo and bandana in honor of him. Hell he's wearing his number! Bring back those Brown goal pads too.

I predict an early 90's type Kelly Hrudey-esque bloodbath, 7-4 Kings. Carter (2), Brown (2), Lewis, Richards, Clifford.
 
Should be fun listening to Bob confuse Penner with Slava, given their relative size difference. If its true these classic sweaters are going to be their 3rds next season, they are going to have to tweak the numbers so they are easier to read for those of us who are visually challenged.
 
Brown and Kopitar are always the last two guys off the ice for warm ups. (This time joined by Clifford.)
