Tocchet has not changed his stripes. He still loves his veterans, doesn't/won't put people in places to succeed, makes zero tactical changes during a game and has yet to understand that timeouts can/should be used at times. ALL people get what they deserve. Rarely does it happen a quick as you would like. Tocchet will eventually (end of year for financial reasons) not be the Coyotes HC. He may end up somewhere else as a HC but his abilities are best used as an assistant.

Looked at Phil's numbers for the first time in a while, after his little hot streak he's actually got respectable production and at least getting closer to earning his pay. Shame he's a shit play driver over half the time.
