I am more worried to have Allen in the net than having Xhekaj out of the line up.

They boys are tight as a team. I think they show up tonight and try to get him a win. They are fully aware of how they exposed Allen and also how Allen as allowed soft goals.

Focus tonight is to play a solid 200' game. Regardless if Xhekaj plays or not.

Sharks are 27th overall... i think a loss is pretty much guaranteed tonight. ;)

Sharks have Canadian trip on their mind and back to back games against the Habs and Leafs. 3 losses in a row and likely want the W against the Habs.

Sharks have a good PP and PK. 21% on the PP and 90% on the PK. Best PK in the NHL at the moment. If this ends up a special teams game, not sure how it ends up

Couldn’t care less. The guy shouldn’t play over a guy just because he plays with his stick on the other side. Lame excuse.

Lol weren’t you the one saying ‘’it won’t kill harris to watch a game or two from the press box, he’s young’’ now it doesn’t apply to Xhekaj?

With a long weekend after a fun Friday afternoon win I wouldn't be surprised to see the Habs look very sloppy tonight

I don't think they will be sloppy.. boys want to get a win for Allen.

Sharks PP is obviously too hot to handle.

4-3 Sharks.

Their PK is good too. Tops in the NHL at the moment.

Tank fans are given a treat tonight.
Allen < Monty
Kova-Eddy-Harris < WiFi
Big L incoming.

Unexpect the expected is usually a good stance to take ;)

I said that because Harris sucked the last 3-4 games he played.

Xhekaj is far from being as bad as Harris did in his last few games.

And i don’t fn care if there’s only one RD in the lineup!

I should have read the rest of the thread & just said “ditto”

Dam Son - thanks 4 GDT

I think we ice a better team with Jackeye & Harris. Maybe someone is under the weather or just needs a rest? I like Kovo, but I’d prefer we dress our 3 young D.
Kova's technically also a rookie...

Gallagher is close. It seems like we are OK with his decline and there is less obsession to talk about it than normally. Things changing in Montreal? :sarcasm:
Gally's skill level, which was never that high to begin with, has deteriorated, but his heart is still in it. He gives his all every shift and you can't fault him for not trying hard, it just isn't there. He's not just another Gomez. But lately it's the bonehead plays like those two turnovers deep in our zone that cost us a goal, and Monty a shut-out. Those were real bad for a veteran player.

I'd much prefer the following lines:

Caufield - Suzuki - Dach
Armia - Monahan - Slafkovsky
Anderson - Dvorak - Gallagher
Pez - Evan's - Dadonov

Xhekaj out again!?! 7-2 Sharks.

I'd switch Armia and Anderson but otherwise yeah, dig it

Either Armia or Anderson with Slaf and Monahan would be a nice first step.

Ultimately, I think Dvorak and secondarily Evan's would bring even more to the wing on that line.

Eventually Hughes will have to make room for the 4 rookie D. Can't have Xhekaj and Harris sitting every other game.
Barron will be knocking soon.

It would be nice to keep X in the lineup, and keep Harris in the lineup on the right side. X brings much needed toughness and Harris moves the puck well. Didn't Harris play RD most of his college career despite having a left shot?
