Talbot stole this one.

I thought Larkin and Seider both had rough nights - they should play better. But in the end it was enough to win. Your management should really think about the Tarasenko/Kane situation. Don't you have young, talented & motivated guys down in the AHL which you could bring up for those lazy vets? I mean Kane didn't play tonight but your team looked better. It's called Addition by substraction I guess.

Really? Seider played 27 mins and looked great to me.

Also thought it was one of their better games helping Talbot out, this wasn't a 40 save Nashville type game to me.

I thought seider and edvinsson were fantastic tonight. Again. They are going to be so dominant together as time goes on. I love how consistently ed can get the puck in our zone and just dump it out right on net at the other end.

Lots more energy from the forwards tonight which was nice, I knew Raymond was going to score the 2nd we got a pp in ot. The reffing was awful tonight but in the end it worked out.

Now: the coaching staff. I will give props to lalonde for using only seider and edvinsson in ot. That is finally smart coaching. And he played Kasper eventually.

Now the coaching negatives:
-AGAIN far too much toi for chiarot and petry. 22 min is just too much for them. How bad do they have to be before lalonde can figure that out
-our pk was 100% tonight and on the final pk, for no reason, they go and put chiarot with seider and then edvinsson with petry. This literally made 0 sense. They swap partners after playing with their usual partner all game and then of course we get scored on
- in ot they out compher on the ice before kasper. Compher sucks. He's slow and lost the face off again then we got hemmed in.

Didn’t watch, but looking at the score sheet it looks eerily similar to the last handful of games…An uneventful low scoring affair - with a win.

I thought they played a pretty solid game overall. I was worried after the first five minutes where they never controlled the puck and kept just dumping it out of their zone every chance they got. That first power play really gave them some jump and they played a good game from then on. Larkin has a rough night but those are rare for him so all is forgiven.

I know Petry was the big hero after the last game since he knocked a guy down but I thought he was brutal again tonight and wasn’t actually good last game, just made one noticeable play. Chiarot also made some bizarre decisions.

Still lots of room for improvement but overall I’m liking the direction. I know playoffs seems like a crazy concept considering how they’ve played overall this season but we’re still right in the mix, would be great to put an actual winning streak together.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Missed this one (gaming night with some buds) but from what I've read seems like one I can watch in full tomorrow without disappointment.

Jersey will be interesting.

They haven’t forgotten what happened here last time. The team better come out next game or they’ll struggle big time and it won’t be pretty.

But it’s a win. Still missing so much from the team.

I actually don’t really think they were just sitting on the lead, they were pushing all 2nd period and the start of 3rd. The 2 penalties imo contributed to getting them on their heels in the 3rd, but I liked that as soon as Calgary tied it the wings had a few good shifts pushing for offense in the O-zone
