Slaf and Dach have been absolutely atrocious. The team has been dog shit this year.

This team needs something to happen soon. Give it 6-8 games after Laine plays. If adding his star talent doesn't give. the others room to play well....it is time to move on from MSL.
I think Dach’s presence is hurting Slaf. But it’s mostly on Slaf because a good player should stay productive despite lineup tweaks. Basically it shouldn’t be hurting Slaf.

We have Gally, a small hardworking guy who has been killing it vs two big forwards who have been failing. There has to be a message there somewhere. And frankly I'm afraid to discover it. lol

It's a shame that things are sucking for us too cause this division is "takenable" this year. This should have been a turnaround year for us.

so if we lose to Columbus tonight and get less than 20 shots, will the MSL fanclub still defend him ? What excuses will you have? Look forward to reading them

What really irks me is that eventually MSL will be gone. He won't survive his contract. Everyone knows that. Why the f*** wait? It is clear as day that he has got nothing else he can offer. He likely is detrimental to the team at this point. Only the blindest do not see that he is done with the Habs. Why wait? Sigh... It was said I think during the same Marinaro podcast with Max Lapierre (I could be wrong) that Habs always wait too long. They don't react and adjust quick enough. Always waiting for things to "turn around". FFS!

Hoping for a bounce back game for Hutson. He's very clearly overwhelmed and hasn't been great recently. Not blaming him or anything, he shouldn't be thrown into the fire with this much responsibility right away, but moreso for him to not really change his game.

Who else is to replace him? Even if the Habs move on from French coaches only rule, it's not like there's a great Anglo coach available either. Why replace like for like?
