Gallagher had 10 hits yesterday. TEN. Caufield 0, Suzuki 1, Newhook 0, Dvorak 1, Evans 1, Dach 2, Armia 2, Roy 1. The guy who could barely skate last year is showing more heart than all these young soft as shit players. He has more hits than 8 players combined... what the f***.

This would've been a great question in the post game presser last night.

If all our guys played with the heart Gally does, we'd rarely lose. Absolute warrior

It's gotten to the point where I don't want to watch the games. I'll check it out and if they're playing well, I'll stick around. But I refuse to waste my time if they're playing like shit. It's happened too often and it's not worth it.

Last year, at least even in losses, most games, they played good and the effort wasn't questioned. This year, not so much.
I'm watching Laval, or the CHL vs American players and then sticking with those, or cats and Leafs.

Losing is absolutely acceptable, but losing when no one cares from either the players, coaches, or management is unacceptable.

Slaf and Dach have been absolutely atrocious. The team has been dog shit this year.

This team needs something to happen soon. Give it 6-8 games after Laine plays. If adding his star talent doesn't give. the others room to play well....it is time to move on from MSL.

The problem is because were not really in clean possession, we are in possession but still battling for time and space still.

Nothing is being generated because we aren't really creating, we are mostly fighting to keep the puck, which is not real puck possession.
Our puck possession has been Lane Hutson beating two or even three guys yet still having very few options at the other end.

I sign that says "Give Effort" should be on the wall so the players can see it.

For most of the team the problem is not effort, it's execution and lack of depth. Marty keeps overusing his better players and they become gassed, it's a bad recipe. They need to clean up their execution to give themselves a fighting chance.

I keep reading Marty has lost the room, I don't think he has, this team still tries, but is just off, can't even complete passes, seems like it's been that way most of the year. I think this piss poor execution is being misinterpreted as lazy. It's more lack of focus.

If the Habs lose tonight and look like crap again, do you think a single media member will ask any question of substance ?
“MSL, how are you so awesome?”

“Why does your awesomeness not translate to stats, wins, progress, or entertaining hockey even though you and everyone on the team is awesome?”

“Can you tell me more about your successful concepts, systems, and philosophies and how you’ve incorporated regression and losing into those winning strategies?

“Who does your hair?”
