We went with the buddy buddy coach who never coached an NHL game.

I don't blame it on coaching too much. That mindset should have been instilled before you even get to the NHL and the standard maintained by the playing group.
Yeah maybe occasionally the coaches need to set an example (scratch Mika), but it's mainly an individual responsibility.

I said when housley was named Coach of the d that it was going to be a mistake. Anyone watching this d and d zone coverage that wants to defend housley should be embarrassed. Somehow this guy escapes all criticism yet the defense and defensive play are constantly marked as subpar. So strange.

I said the Smith trade this summer was awful and a kneejerk after Drury couldn't open space trading trouba. Guy is a black hole that compliments other black holes.

Drury sending that email knowing it would leak to send a message to the team and locker room and this is the response for two games? Hey Chris, take a f***ing hint that this group isn't it. It's time to cut out the infection to let the rest of the body heal. The players w the smallest roles and least skill are giving the most extra effort consistently. f***ing reward the group that wants it instead of allowing the entitled to infect the rest.
