There is a thread on the Blues HF that you predict the first goal scorer, 3 stars and the score. All the predictions so far are for the Kings.

I think the Kings will be fired up from that third period and come on strong , they need to do that. As much as the third period dominance is terrific, they need to becoem that 60 minute team again and hopefully tonight they move in that direction.

Hopefully they put up a few more shots on goal....

The Blues only have only won back to back once this year and are riddled with injuries. Last night was perfect timing for Carter to get a Hat-trick and the way the Kings played in the 3rd was Great! That Team Energy will flow over into tonight's game!

I'm kinda bummed to see that midget Andy McDonald is going to sit this one out. He's usually good for a -2 with zero shots on goal vs L.A. So overrated by Blues fans.

But he was the difference maker, remember that is what Blues fans told us before the series last spring. They admitted we owned them in the regular season, but Mario McDonald was going to make all the difference.

The Blues's entire second line is out (McDonald-Steen-Tarasenko). This one is a freebie even though Halak will dress against the Kings for the first time since before last year's playoffs.

In the west there is really no such thing as a freebie. Unless your maybe playing Columbus.

You should hang you head in shame at being a bad fan

Am i the only one who notices less activity on our boards now? 2 pages on our GDT only? What are we the Coyotes :sarcasm:

Sooo...you came over here to make excuses before your team even steps on to the ice? Talk about tough times in St.Louis:laugh:

Tell ya what, we'll throw you a bone as well and say this is out second game of a back to back so if we lose thats why

Honestly, I was hoping that Quick would step in this game and reestablish himself as our #1 guy this game. I don't know if it's the best move to let Bernier play two games in a row, even if he is playing extremely well right now. Quick needs to get his game back.

However, with the Blues' PP being the 2nd best in the league, it might be better to have the hotter goalie in net.

I tend to agree with you.

The very best thing to happen to the kings would be for the kings to win tonight with Bernier having a bad game. If we win and JB has a great game, it could get interesting.

You know what, i was looking at who played the last Flames game and it was JB, i think Sutter might be working with the who did better last against X...that being said, maybe JQ plays the Stars and JB comes back against the Flames on Sat?

As a self-proclaimed founder of the He-Man Muzzin Hater Club, I can confidently say that I've been very impressed with him the last several games. He's playing more physical than I ever saw him play in Manchester, and he's limiting mistakes to the bare minimum. Keep it up!
