The coach openly says it's about "the process" and not the outcomes (ie results)

What are the players meant to do? They try hard, sure, but when they face a serious opponent they aren't ashamed to let the opponent dictate the game. The Habs don't have an identity on the ice, they don't play like they have earned one.
