I could have moved to BC. I stayed for 2 years. Harder for the wife to get work there. Came back. It is overrated. Gloomy. Rains a lot. People not from Vancouver go downtown, etc like once every 2 months. No time. Traffic is shit.

I regret not buying an investment property back in 2014. Could have tripled my $$ minimum lol
I probably averaged going downtown like once a month in the 5 years I lived there.

I moved out here for school. No University out west does Aerospace Engineering, in fact my choices were Carlton, Ryerson and the University of Toronto; so not much choice there.

Kinda same problem when I graduated, very minimal Aerospace jobs in Alberta in 2019. So I shacked up and never left.
