Can't really argue here. Though anyone thinking this is a sign that it's definitely long term, this means little since he's already been out for a week and they can do this retroactively. This is just so they could call Brown up in case they need him today or Saturday.

Perry probably makes the most sense as the net front guy.

I wouldn't mind throwing Pod some shifts there just to see if you can get his scoring mojo going.

The funny thing is excluding McDavid and Draisitl we could say this about every single forward on this team.

Minnesota we rarely play well.
Return from road trip we rarely play well.

I'd be impressed if someone other than McDavid or Draisitl scored... without McDavid or Draisitl bouncing one in off someone's ass.

Hell I'd be floored if any other forward on this team took a shot and beat the goalie clean tonight.

Good team but the emotion they need to play well usually isn't present against this team.

I'll tune out not because Minnesota is boring. But we will be.. well at least have been.

WIld and Kaprizov are on fire this year so far. Wild road record vs our home record. Fleury undefeated (in regulation) so far. Our list of injuries keeps growing. Yikes!

I've had a stressful and tiring day and am going to just skip this and maybe watch it tomorrow. Maybe they surprise us all?
