So the answer is to fire the coach ??? I’m pretty sure Monty was passionate about his job. So pulling the C is a bridge too far for the fan boys boys here, but firing the HC was A-okay???
Explain to me what Monty's system was out there? I sure couldn't figure it out. Players looked lost on both sides of the puck, like they had no idea where to be. One game in and that looked much better. Yes firing the coach was the right move.

Somehow the Bruins are holding down the last wildcard spot with these stats.

31st in goals
24th in goals against
32nd powerplay
29th shooting percentage
22nd penalty kill

How they are not last in the league is a miracle. . . . .
Yes they should be already eliminated

Crazy stuff

MM has 10 points in 15 games in the AHL, I do not mind the call up.
Let him play and give him a decent look.
Lysell and Potsy much be underachieving in Providence so far?
He has scored a goal in 5 straight games and he’s shooting the puck

have Flo Hockey and he has been very good last 2 weeks

Message to team play well you go up

I will agree Marshmont has been off this year, not his usual self. But to think that anyone cares more or is more passionate about this team is insane.
Plus, he is coming off 3 surgeries from the Summer.

There are few leaders on this team, but Brad is a great captain. He sets up plays, speaks to players, coaches and stripes (and yes they listen to him). Also, someone who works for the Bs says he has the room.

He is getting older but IMO he still has "it". NO ONE works harder on the ice than Brad.

It isn't being a "fanboy" when you agree Brad is the best one to wear the "C" ...because he is

There is not a player on this roster who would not go through a brick wall for marchy.
yep

Zacha is good to very good - Pasta hasn’t had jump that’s not on Zacha

Switch out Kastelic & Bobby Miller ~ Miller works better in todays game.

Kastelic was a 70’s player
Zacka is a very good 200 ft player, why he is not appreciated in this town puzzles me. I do wish he would work on his shot accuracy, and I am sure he has, but that is my only bitch, he is willing to shoot the damm puck which some of teammates, have a problem with. I do not he looks more comfortable at center and earned from his play last year, and should have been moved, poor decision making there.

Welcome to the Jungle
Wasn't feeling well and had to hit the sheets in the first period and watch from under the covers.
McAvoy et-al played better but he still needs to fire away on the PP
without the hesitation that he shows.
If the B's had him taking the occasional one-timer it would add
a Hell of a lot to the attack on the PP.
IMHO the Bruins played one of their best games so far this season
and should've had a few more goals but a hot goalie and a post or two
and it ends at 1-0.
Korpisalo trade is looking pretty damn good for Don Sweeney because is not
for him, and Kastelic this team would look dreadful.
All in all, a satisfying win for a change, and I hope that it doesn't revert back.
Hope you feel better soon.

I've been insanely sick since getting back from Vegas.

Got back Friday, felt great Saturday, Sunday night it was like I was hit by Scott Stevens. This whole week has been BRUTAL. Damn slot machines and their germs.

I would like to see Korpisalo vs some tougher draws. I think it could really fire the team up if he beat Florida, or the Rangers say
Most of all a quiet fire under Swayman. I don’t want him talking I want him competing. And to be fair that is what I expect. He didn’t seem like a jealous teammate last night.

The entire team leadership needs to be replaced from the prez down to the Capt. firing the coach is knee jerk, bandaid reaction in effort to do something for something sake . I promise all you homers out there, the bruins issues don’t solely lie on Monty shoulders, this is a leadership issue at its core. Why do you want to reward the guy for 2011, it’s a business and people produce or are gone. This isn’t a legacy train, do your job and be effective or move over for someone more capable.
Give it up on Marchy. You are wrong. Now Sweeney and Neely are another matter. I think their time is up

Hey if it took firing Monty for them to, finally, get their heads out of their asses and play competitive hockey again then I hope you land on your feet Monty but see ya 👋
