I mean there's plenty of former players that weren't great but have a knack for coaching, etc.

The problem is, this PP is way way waaaaay too passive. No one wants to shoot the puck.

Belesky/Hayes/Spooner/half the defense are all dead weight. You cannot win in this league with 1/3 of your team being useless. Team has too many centers, too many big bodies that can't skate and no finishers. There are no wingers for Krejci.
