Imagine this type of play with this group of guys since 2020-2021 and it's the same result year in and year out and will never change. I'm ok with accepting that it won't change. I think trading one core forward and defenseman could shake it up enough to turn things around, at least for next season, and if they keep playing like this it'll happen sooner than later.

Man for the haters of Karlsson as a Captain and player guy caaried bunch of scrub years in year to playoff and deep playoffs he marginal player with made them all better.Our Captain right is total shit as player or Captain only good thing he has is size of his body and front net presence , last name and like to yapping to oppnent players or media. No urgency in his no improvement for now 3 or 4 years, doesn't lead by exemple like some fan here thinks or media.

The guy is not 21 years old anymore that's the age of Stu and Sanderson. At some point you gotta show you growed as a player.Always same plays , no effort on D zone bonehead play or penalities. Off ice probably like to dance and drink some beers. Can't blame Norris cause not his fault if he suck cause of injuries and got paid that money but you have to blame Tkachuk for many reasons and yeah Chabot is in the same boat other players that suck right now are youger not paid same money are not part of leadership group.

It’s like 30% Vancouver fans, and they are louder than the other 70%. Out barn has the worst atmosphere I’ve ever seen for a pro sports team. The home opener and early games were firey, but we’re back to tame Ottawa.

P1 sucked, WTF is wrong with this team. Worse execution of a 5 min PP I’ve seen. And we were still behind on the shot clock afterwards.

And then of course they score.

Are we going to take advantage of Hughes getting ejected? LOL.

Feels like Deja vu. Every F*ing Nov/Dec.

Maybe they’ll come back and I’ll change my tune, but…

Our barn is full of fans that are all thinking the same thing; "here we go again". They've pissed away their season in November every single year for about half a decade now, they have no confidence in this team, and the players can sense it.

It will be better when the arena is downtown and you'll get a rowdy Redblacks type crowd regardless of how the team has performed historically.

What exactly was the point in having Jacques Martin coach this team last year if some critical changes weren’t coming to the roster? Absolutely nothing has changed. I would have thought at least one of the core pieces would be shipped out last offseason but nope…and here we are again

I approve. Karlsson, and Alfie were legendary captains for the club and only guys who deserve to have their numbers in the rafters.

Funny thing is that not unlike all my Franćais, I can pronounce the hell out of it (close anyway) from my youth experience avec mes amis Franćais, but I can't spell shit in French! (in general as opposed to merde, to be clear)
