I miss the Western Conference and Eastern Conference GDTs. I know the schedule now has interconference games, but it could still be done (like a west team is hosting an east team is discussed in the WC thread).

Don't know about that re: Winnipeg. Chicago, St. Louis, and Minny are sure playoff teams in that division. In ours, we are, Vancouver are, SJ, and Anaheim. Only leaves one wildcard spot and I think Colorado or Dallas will nab it.

I'm not saying the sky is falling, the Kings have a good enough goalie, defense and top 6 to probably make it back to the WCF. I'm simply saying it's very hard for a 2 line team to win a championship, and this is a problem we knew we had, anyone who watched the Kings in the playoffs knew how horrible the bottom six was. And what do they do, they trade for a healthy scratch. That is the only change they made to the bottom six, and that's unfortunate.
