I should have been more loquacious as well. Isles fans on the main board have been whining about the refs since 19:59 in the 1st period of Game 1 and I was being very sarcastic.

They missed a blatant high stick. It’s their job to call that out.

The refs are in a terrible spot on that because the trailing red is looking through at least 6 bodies and the one closest to the play is blocked from seeing contact to the face as he’s looking straight at mayfield’s numbers. He can only react to to the head snap and they are never calling a penalty they didn’t see 100% clearly in OT.
