The first one is on Mrázek but how many clean whacks did they have on the second? That’s not on him. Some over reaction there.

Many have grown accustomed to winning after 6 game win streak. Many of those did not grow accustomed to the dry periods.

IT IS EASY TO WIN IF YOU PLAY WELL. BUT TRUE WINNERS WIN ON MONDAY AFTER BEING HUNGOVER BECAUSE OF A BREAKUP. WHILE HAVING A FLU.

Teams go on streaks with their special teams units. Unfortunately, Carolina's PK (7 for its last 12) has gone cold right at the same time Boston's PP (5 for its last 15) has caught fire. You just have to hope that both of those normalize as this series goes along.

NBC had Carolina with 1 scoring chance that period. Pin this on goaltending if you want, but this team is having a tough time breaking through Boston's defensive structure to get quality looks.

Why?

Until I see something different, we look like a lucky team that doesn't belong.

Did you see us win four straight against the Islanders? Lucky?

Yeah, overshadowed by the hitting is the fact that we really didn't create anything. The hitting was nice, but goals matter, too.

This...and stop making so many f***ing unforced turnovers with 0 pressure.

Plenty of time to come back but it's a huge hill to climb against the Bruins. If we can dominate the 2nd early we have a chance, if we play anything like last period we're f***ed

At least you’re being rational. That first goal Mrazek let in was awful but the Bruins dominated that period. Naturalstattrick had the scoring chances at 7-2 and high danger 6-1 for all situations that period. With that being said it’s hockey and things can change quickly.

The Canes are in the Eastern Conference Finals, they freaking earned it to be here... Sure some luck is involved, but it’s the same for all teams that are here. It’s not what carried them though. They're a team that just swept their last series, winning four games in a row isn’t luck, it just means they were the better team throughout the series. Give the boys credit, they’ve worked hard to get here.

RBA lied about working on the PP...i see 0% improvement, it's literally a detriment to our game
