You end it by denying any nmc or ntc going forward. The bonuses of nyc should be enough for a player to come here. No ntc is the teams manner to maintain accountability bc if the player likes NYC that much he better be committed to nyc's team

Agreed, the NMC foster the country club retirement atmosphere. Added with the salary cap it makes it even more dreadful.

That's so ridiculous, I'm not arguing to keep him off pp1, I'm asking you where he fits in a 1 3 1 pp and if you can't answer that then you don't understand structure of that formation, but don't throw it back at me for actually thinking things through. Would you put kreider on the point? Panarin in front of the net? No, of course not bc they each have a placement that their skills and tendencies fit. Same should apply with laffy or anyone else for that matter
