NYC has too much to offer. The culture of this organization will always be a country club. Many players will want to play here for things other than Hockey unfortunately and it will always be that way.

You end it by denying any nmc or ntc going forward. The bonuses of nyc should be enough for a player to come here. No ntc is the teams manner to maintain accountability bc if the player likes NYC that much he better be committed to nyc's team
