I wonder if the second power play wave will be given the go ahead to start the next pp. Two consecutive pps where the first wave looked lost and unsettled, whereas the second wave scored after the end of one penalty and had the best chances of the other. Honestly doubt it though, MSL seems unwilling to deviate from his plan and ride the hot hand during a game.

Kovacevic sucks balls lately WTF.
Clean Period by Struble.
Guhle continually called upon to rescue his partner and is by far our best player without the puck AINEC.
He's just about the only Hab who can play "positionless" hockey.

No one cares
No complaints from me, good Sir.

You do get more than most in here but that’s only a function of how much people are fond of you.

But yeah, I get how it can get excessive at times.
It has gotten to the point where I get it as a reply when I post something that has nothing to do with the topic. Then I get notifications from posters that I don't really communicate with and it comes off as nothing more than looking for likes or laughs at my expense. I am not being petty and am one of the most easygoing posters here but there are times when I don't like it.

Probably none. Rumours are he's a lame duck G.M. and it's their new McDavid friend PHO who is pulling the strings. Oilers season is pretty much done. They're already 8 points back of a WC spot, with 6-7 teams to jump.

They look completely incapable of going on the type of run they'd need to overcome that.
That's a bit early to declare, even if it's highly likely. St. Louis was last in January and won the Cup.

They also recalled Binnington who went on a Hamburglar type run that went through the playoffs. Oilers goaltending is terrible unless Campbell miraculously turns it around.

St. Louis had a much, much better defensive group too. Edmonton has nobody of Pietrangelo's calibre.

While that's true, they could easily make a trade or two.

However both Edmonton and Toronto have really historically refused to dip into their forward reserve to make a more complete roster lol

I’m just glad that with all this new Jersey ad revenue, we can have cheaper tickets to games now…wait…what?

He passes the eye test? Hardly. He still makes so many dumb plays because he doesn't think ahead. So many opposition chances off him firing wide.

Every defenseman on this team has scored before him, including the one with 5 games.

It's good that Marty and Kent like him, because no one is trading for him.
Agree to disagree. Anderson makes a lot of poor decisions but it's no coincidence that Anderson ends up with the puck five times a shift. Even on that great pass to Newhook he picked up the puck and lost the puck in our end, took it away, gave it away, took it away again to start the rush and got to the front of the net all in about 15 seconds. Nick Suzuki for example only touched the puck once that entire shift.

Andy's relentless out there. It's why he leads the league in penalties drawn. Anderson also has a positive giveaway takeaway ratio and is second on the team in takeaways and near the bottom of the team for giveaways. Meanwhile Gally leads the forwards in negative penalty differential. Xhekaj leads the entire league. These are the warriors and Anderson is useless according to fans.

Yeah despite these good things Andy is hella overpaid, but he's not useless and actively hurting the team the way Gally or Pearson do. Anderson would make 32 teams in the leagues rosters, even in a fourth line role. Gally, Pearson, rhp, Pezz, etc are guys that are in the league because there aren't 32 teams worth of NHL players in the world.
