It’s a whole new era with Rick as coach,
He’s never defensive and the media is stepping up with the right questions..
‘Wonder how that’s going for them down in FLA?
Reporter (sotto voce): What was your rationale for usage and shortening the bench in the final 6 minutes of that game? Wheeler booked 31 minutes of ice time, and double shifted himself through the final 15 minutes.

PoMo: <<Frowns>> <<dramatic pause, swigs a water>> Y'know... these are large men. Tough men. Fine young men, who <<channels Captain Kirk>> ...just....know.....what's..... right. Its not like they really need me, one might actually say that. But we can agree that they do. (winks) Also, in the dying minutes of the game, there's an intangible in the way the lines hit the ice - I just love that. (Waves hands) Most of the time, this strategy is the right way to play. These men know it. I know it <<shakes jowels>>. These men were not tired, not these fine men. Sometimes the work along the wall coughs up a puck that may not result in the perfect ending.

Reporter: You lost.

PoMo: <<swigs water, points to new questioner>>.

I'm starting to see the difficulty of match ups more stylistically than where teams are sitting in the standings.

Teams that bog up the offensive zone and stand us up at the blue line (like calgary) seem to give us the most trouble.

If I recall correctly, Minny likes to set picks and clutch and grab everywhere

We could be in for a tough one

Narrowly averted the other night, but gird your loins for an HFJets meltdown tonight!

Thanks for the GDT @SUX2BU, some great song references.

Hopefully I’ll be able to join you all for tonight’s game.

An early Happy Thanksgiving for tomorrow to our American friends here on HF Jets
