I liked the few looks with Celebrini and Smith on the same line
Their place in the standings is things going their way especially while they're getting better as a team and the kids getting much needed experience.Another 0-0-0 effort by our golden children.
They weren't bad outside of the 2nd period but jfc something has to go our way
Well... Not everyone.Who could have thought Celebrini and Smith would look good together?
Everyone, literally everyone
So he turned it over is what you're saying.Celebrini has such a hi hockey IQ, there arent many Sharks players that can pick up on it. Did you see the play near the beginning of the game where he drew two defenders near him and he dished the puck to the now open lane, the other sharjk on the shift couldnt pick up what he was laying down. It will take some time, but Cellebrini has Yzreman capability.......
Wouldve loved it for Smith to have buried that feed near the front of the net from Celebrini in the third, just to make BaileyMcTavish shut up and to validate Wario's decision to put the kids together even for those short moments. I like that Smith is shooting though. Think shoot first then think pass.I know Sharks fans aren't used to watching teenagers play for us, but it's embarrassing to see people complain every time Celebrini and Smith don't pick up points. I'm so serious, y'all don't deserve them.
No, he setup an advanced creative offensive situation that fissled out because he had the likes of Ty Delandrea on his wing.So he turned it over is what you're saying.
He has a tendency to throw the puck into space - in the third he entered the zone, pulled up and drew defenders in, then tossed the puck to the far side half boards - thankfully Eklund was on the wing at this stage and read it well.Celebrini has such a hi hockey IQ, there arent many Sharks players that can pick up on it. This is more extreme than people being sad their hockey team/favorite young players aren't performing up to their unrealistic expectationsy'all don't deserve them.

I wouldn't have. If Kunin did that, I'd be more mad that no one was able to pick that upSo he turned it over.
If Kunin or anyone else would have done the same thing, people would have ripped him apart.
That's the problem here. Tunnel vision leads people into only seeing things from certain players in a positive manner while seeing the same things from other players as a negative.
Just like with Will, it's ok to be critical of Macklin. It doesn't mean you "think they suck" or that they're "a bust". He's 18.
It won’t work.So he turned it over.

It's really not. If someone's going to only hyperfixate on the points instead of celebrating the good things they did that didn't result in points, then maybe they should take a couple years off from the Sharks until they're fully developed. This is more extreme than people being sad their hockey team/favorite young players aren't performing up to their unrealistic expectations
If you weren't complaining about them not getting points, then my post wasn't aimed at you!I'm not complaining he's not getting points, but I want him to shoot more. He is lethal when he shoots. He should showcase that.
Kunin wouldn't do that other than by mistake. HUGE difference in creating a play like that and only having something like that happen by random chance. So he turned it over.
