Very frustrating game. This November isn’t feeling any different from the past few seasons now..

Tbh you never really know. Ullmark doesn’t allow marshmellows early on and the team could play wildly different when they’re still in it and don’t have the added duty of coddling Ullmark.

I’d make some more substantial changes to the lines.

Norris - Stützle - Batherson
Tkachuk - Pinto - Giroux
Cousins - Greig - Perron
Ostapchuk - Gaudette - Amadio

Sanderson - Jensen
Chabot - Bernard-Docker
Kleven - Zub

I’d tell line 1 to score goals off the rush. Line 2 to cycle and keep possession down low. Line 3 to be dirtbags. Line 4 to not screw up.

I’ve claimed several times this year we do not have the talent to finish consistently at the NHL level.

We’ve played great team hockey this year. The boys are listening and trying. But we have no goaltending and we have no ability to score. So. That’s it.

They’re both very niche types of scorers. AND neither can take over a shift consistently.

Norris cannot be traded.

Brady can.

Legit want to see if sabres do a quinn for Greig swap. Quinn is struggling but is very skilled which seems redundant on their roster. Greig can be a C for them and give them more sandpaper and quinn would be a perfect winger for Jimothy. Thanks dorion for passing on Peterka!
