Sutter is great.

Carter is great.

Bernier was great.

****ing loved that. This team is capable of turning the switch to some level of unbelievable play and I'm never going to get tired of it. But even when they don't, they can win.
 
Also, don't look now but Dwight King and has 4 points in his last 5 games since Sutter called he and a couple others out.

The man knows how to motivate.

Also nice move by Kopi for the GWG.

Wow, that was actually the opposite of a regular Kings win. We didn't hold the lead and just sat on it, we actually fought back and won a game. Nice to see some resiliency from the boys, great goal by Carter and probably the goal of the year for Kopitar (yes I'm biased, but it was amazing). It's great to see them win through all this adversity, hope they can keep it rolling.

Oh and Bernier was rock solid, even though that first goal shouldn't have ever happened, it didn't bother him and he kept making saves. Well done boys!

So much better than doing the opposite and blowing the game late. Wins are all the matters. Obviously playing well is important but knowing you can suck for that long and still winning has to be good for the confidence.
 
Bernier wasn't great. But, he got the job done. He was shaky most of the time.

But, Kopitars goal.. now that was beautiful.
 
Pretty sure I want Dean to hang onto Bernier for the rest of the season. Goaltending depth is going to be huge with so many 3-game-in-4-nights coming up in March and April.
 
If penner is suspended.... TOFFOLI comes up!? There must be a god if this happens!

I agree but I also think any deal involving Bernier nets us a veteran backup either way. Top prospect or player + veteran backup for Bernier. Either way, I don't think JB gets dealt till the draft or summer, no need to trade him right now.
 
I thought Bernier had some spectacular saves but juggled the puck a bit much. Overall a good performance and you can't complain about only allowing one fluke goal when facing 30+ shots.
