I wanted to embarrass these ****ers and we did just that in the 3rd. I haven't loved a 3rd period like this since Game 6 in the Finals. After we weathered the storm of the PP after the Koivu goal, we were ****ing awesome.

Also, Cartsie you sly dog you. Sneaking in an EN goal to keep your scoring streak going.

I havent been this happy after a win since oh I dunno, game 6 in some finals game. Kings 3rd period was perhaps the best 3rd period I have ever seen them play. Huge hits, total domination.

With this win the Kings are in great shape for the standings. They have games in hand against everyone ahead of them except the ducks and now even with the ducks being 13-3 we are only 7 points behind.
