They overachieved last year. I’ll give Monty credit for that. Sweeney is the one who f***ed this roster up. I’ve always been a big Sweeney guy, but this summer was roster malpractice.

Monty will take the fall, and this board will be happy. Maybe the special teams improve. But there aren’t many goals in this lineup..

Yes, have to look at the GM for sure. Agree he has to take a lot of responsibility for this. I still think Monty is overall a capable coach. But I don't think he knows what to do with this roster and is really struggling to make any impact. Again, the roster is flawed, no doubt, but I refuse to believe it's this bad.

I'm not sure it's salvageable. Probably not. But I think we at least need to see what a different coach can do. That's due diligence IMO before you move on to make any other changes.
