Used to be fun watching Behind the B last few years when they won regularly.

Dennis Leary will need counseling after this season.
They don't really show a lot of the Bruins struggles so there may not be a lot of content this year unless it's the players with their pets and attending events

It’s just a stupid team. Acceptance helps.

They can obviously just stop taking stick infractions in the offensive zone but we’re almost 20 games in here..

It’s a sample size and they’re just a stupid team. Unless there’s a big coming to pasture or something this is who they are.
I don't think it is who they are. IMO they SHOULD be better

Well this all really started back in July with the FA signings that look like they have Belesky & Backes 2.0 written all over them! Awful. Add to that no speed added they said they needed and watching three guys leave that scored goals LY……you get what we have now. Go ahead and can the coach but this team won’t suddenly turn into the 2019 Blues.

Getting rid of Monty is not going to make this guys turn into scoring machines, lets temper the expectations a bit. We got rid of scoring for size and grit, there needed to be a middle ground but they went a block past that. Silver lining if this is it, perhaps they get a good pick for once.

Thankfully a hockey east guy is ranked #1 so if we did get 1 overall, Sweeney has his lay up right there and it won't be out of left field

I totally agree, Monty is a good choice to get rid of at this point imo. Canning Bruce was the mistake ultimately. Monty is a coach for a team full of structure and leadership that just need a good figure head to set the schedules.

I think Bruce's time had run its course with the Bruins. No complaints about moving him on, despite what came after. Great coach, but shelf life and all that. Was Monty the right replacement though? Initially, quite possible, despite how those first playoffs panned out, for the reasons you stated and more. But for this roster? Really seems not. Cut your losses and try something else.
