Wrong. The goalie was in his crease. You can’t make contact when the goal is in his crease. Doesn’t matter that the Czech player wasn’t in the crease. He made contact to goalies head.
I thought the Czech moved the broken stick.. that's allowed, isn't it?The the czech player moves the americans stick away from him. Then the americans push a broken stick into the old spot where the other stick was. Wow.
I don't think it was missed. Player moved a stick that was interfering with play. It was a reasonable course of action considering the puck was right there.
I've never understood these comments.. I often wonder what level the commentator plays at? Eg. I play a lot of hockey but I'm not sure if it makes my comment more or less relevant.lolNobody here has ever played hockey. Except you.
What's it like?
True, but it was a pretty soft call.
But a rule is a rule
Miller could have skated to the bench and back 5 times...playing a kill with no stick ...especially a d man...is idiotic. I teach my kids to play 5 on 3 for 10 seconds (or less depending on the proximity of the change) rather than 5 on 3 and a half for up to a minute or more
Miller has not been great this game, has he...
All the teams have struggled against Czechs so I don't know, maybe the winner is coming from the other group then.

good for the Czechs fair is fair. 1st goal should of counted anyway he brushed him on the way by but not even in crease.. stupid rules.

A forward could have given him his stick too.
LOL I know. People acting light Knight's head was taken off. Typical crease brush by and it didn't even affect positioning.
