I don't think it was missed. Player moved a stick that was interfering with play. It was a reasonable course of action considering the puck was right there.

Wrong. The goalie was in his crease. You can’t make contact when the goal is in his crease. Doesn’t matter that the Czech player wasn’t in the crease. He made contact to goalies head.
