Then again, their big guns have not been doing the scoring in recent games so Selanne, Ryan and Perry could light up the Jackets.

With only a year left on his contract after this year, he'd be worth a look. Wouldn't want to send much to Anaheim in exchange since they'd be getting some much-needed cap relief with hopes of signing Getzlaf and Perry.

I think the Jackets are going to face a crap shoot at goaltender given what will be available this off-season. Probably going to have to take a couple guys who have some questions and hope one of them pans out. Which is an improvement over a guy with questions and Steve Mason.
