Sean Monahan, kept whole by duct tape and a prayer, still manages to do this:
Anderson must wake up in the middle of the night from those nightmares where he is chasing ever faster after a puck that is somehow always a foot out of his fully extended reach. Poor Suzuki trying to read him and Newhook lol.Moneyhands is so smart and patient. He moves with purpose only. There is an economy of movement to get the puck where he wants it to be. He’s the anti-Anderson.
So many that even with Lindstrom recalled Rocket will sit both Norlinder and Beaudin this afternoon. That's a lot of d men...
Where is that Laval thread anyway? So many that even with Lindstrom recalled Rocket will sit both Norlinder and Beaudin this afternoon.
The writing is on the wall for Beaudin. Might as well let him go. Would look at the Caps who are down to calling up McIlrath. Maybe they would take a chance on him to replace bodies at their affiliate team?

A Laval reply within a Habs GDT thread. It's like the movie Inception.Where is that Laval thread anyway?
Can monahan keep up this point production? How's he looked?
Only if we get to Limbo lolA Laval reply within a Habs GDT thread. It's like the movie Inception.
Does your head hurt?

Why can't they stick Anderson there. Monahan has many other uses. Anderson does not. Put the pylon in front of a goalie and have rest of the PP unit fire pucks.
Because Anderson doesn't make a good screen. He tried doing it a few times during games over the years and he either get pushed around or just stand there instead of trying to screen the goalie properly. Why can't they stick Anderson there. Maybe he can try speed skating.Because Anderson doesn't make a good screen. He tried doing it a few times during games over the years and he either get pushed around or just stand there instead of trying to screen the goalie properly.
Anderson has one utility: skating fast.
I've seen someone call him a short track speed skater a few games ago in the GTD. It fits.Maybe he can try speed skating.
Armia was absolutely flawless on PK(zero goals against on his watch) and played good those 5-6 EV shifts he got per game. There's bunch of lesser players than him on the roster and the fact they chose to piss on him again is just plain harsh.Habs should have had a spare long before the Harris injury. It also made sense in Laval since they have had too many D vying for playing time. We all knew Armia would become stealthy again.
I thought Xhekaj looked good in yesterday's game. Responsible defensively, physical without drawing a penalty, aggressive with the puck without screwing up.What's wrong with xhekaj lately. Doesn't shoot now and seems to have lost that edge.
He is being neutered it seemsI thought Xhekaj looked good in yesterday's game. Responsible defensively, physical without drawing a penalty, aggressive with the puck without screwing up.
Pearson could also do that job.Why can't they stick Anderson there. Monahan has many other uses. Anderson does not. Put the pylon in front of a goalie and have rest of the PP unit fire pucks.
Which other forward who is waiver-exempt could they have designated? Slaf?Armia was absolutely flawless on PK(zero goals against on his watch) and played good those 5-6 EV shifts he got per game. Lost what edge? You sure you watched the game?I thought Xhekaj looked good in yesterday's game. Responsible defensively, physical without drawing a penalty, aggressive with the puck without screwing up.
