I thought he was a better playmaker than that. Suzuki has little hope with players who when they do get him the puck are far too late. Nick is playing chess those two wingers are playing checkers. It's a very bad fit.

He's easily our best player on the ice tonight. Major improvement in his game. Taking the ice given to him and also creating space, keeping the puck, many shot attempts. Can't wait for Caufield-Dach-Slafkovsky.

Anderson takes up so much air on a line with his style of play. Unless you're feeding him off the rush, you're essentially playing on a line of two. Even Suzuki is having trouble
