You can tell Carter put a lot of work in this offseason. Awesome. 2nd line was great again tonight. I just love Richards and Carter working together when they are on. Richards will feed passes through three guys and Carter will fire pucks through the back of the net.

Bernier was awesome too. Glad the goaltending is under control now cause defense still looks a bit shaky. Offense was solid tonight though.

Hmmmm....only 1 point behind the Stars and Wings with a game in hand. So where's Axel Rose tonight with all the doom and gloom?

I've been one of those doom and gloom guys, but more or less justasking some of these forwards to start showing up. They obviously did tonight, just hope they continue now and not disappear again.

Penner was working his ass off tonight coming back on D. Just wanted to point that out for as much slack he gets, he's coming around. He's starting to control the puck along the boards much better.

KINGS WIN!

Please post this everytime we win :)

Creeping up the standings.
Defense looking better, offense will follow.
Kopitar needs to shoot.

That's right, Penner when playing with a simple approach and actually skating, he's really smart at times. I liked him a lot today. Hope he keeps playing like that.

Stoll... dare i say, is actually been good for a handful of games :amazed::amazed::amazed:

Considering they played last night, I was impressed by the Kings energy level down the stretch in this game.

Our defense still looks shaky, but that's to be expected when half your starters are injured.

Tough night for Kopitar. Should had like 4 points.

Bernier was very solid.

The Flames are a joke.

I know it just happened, but it feels like only yesterday we beat that team from Alberta 3-1 in a 7:00 game in which Carter scored.

Penner's played 3 solid games in a row. His puck protection skills down low are great right now. That's the player I thought the Kings were getting when they traded for him 2 years ago. Hopefully he keeps that up.

You can just tell Bernier feels more comfortable the more he plays. His rebound control is fantastic, and he made a couple great point blank saves. Getting both goalies rolling is going to be huge with the busy March schedule.

The Kings have allowed seven goals in their last five games.

That will get it done.

Sounded like a Hanson brother was trying to get his quarter back from vending machine during the end of that Bernier interview.:laugh::laugh:
