What a game. Hopefully this will bring a little respect around the league. As of this moment, we're in a wild card spot. Gotta love it.

Speaking of long range forecasts, and sorry if this has been mentioned and I missed it. But hockey-reference has us second in the Metro with almost a 74% chance of making the playoffs. That 7% chance to win the cup doesn't look too bad either.

Woah there. Let's calm down. It's November. I love how we're playing though.

Matty Ice baby!! Hate to hear about him getting hit but good that it didn't keep him down. I haven't been able to look into finding a way to watch yet but damn if it isn't nice seeing us on the winning side yet again

? Are you working during the games?

Or no tv? If it's the latter just go to reddit nhl streams and there's a variety of easy options there.

He didn't look comfortable out there. And I'm sure you're all tired of me mentioning it but some players just can't stand playing with a bouncing puck.

Murray recovered well from his miscue. I believe it was his block that led to the Calvert goal.

Yeah between getting wifi set up, working and finalizing my move I haven't had a chance to try to watch. Things should be more settled starting next week, of course then comes the trip home for Thanksgiving lol.

Hey fellas, I'm the Ranger fan who came in peace and started the "Foligno" thread a week or so ago that is still on your first page and so you know what I'm about.

Coming over here to send some kudos your way from Rangertown. If you read any of my comments on that other thread, you'll have noticed I was already impressed with your Jackets. After tonight, I'm that much more impressed. Very nice win for your boys.

Funny on our Gameday thread,a few us including myself, all felt like this was deja vous. We felt it was like the 2011 version of the Rangers beating the current 2016 version of the Rangers. This is pretty much the same way our team under Torts used to win games. And if you recall, we won alot of hockey game with Torts as our coach. For the most part you guys neutralized our speed, clogged up the neutral zone and made it really hard for Rangers to do what we've done to most of the NHL thus far which has been get ourselves in prime scoring spots and score.

Couldn't do that tonight. I thought this game had OT written all over it from middle of 2nd period on and I might have been right except of Calvert's shortie. BTW, I knew once he came back into the game after getting 30 stitches, he likely would figure out a way to be the hero and what do you know he was. Very impressed with what he did coming back like that.

Anyways, enough babbling from me. Kudos on the win. Me personally from what I've seen of our conference, I truly believe you guys are going to be one of those bubble teams that gets into the dance. I think you guys have a really nice little team with some easy to root for players. Good luck going forward and I look forward to our next game where hopefully we will exact some revenge. Well done fellas...cya around.

Hey Max thanks for the kind words hopefully we get us a little rivalry going now that we have a team that can win games. that is when respect for other teams start to happen and you play a little harder those days causing some rough and fun rival games. Plus we have your old love him or hate him coach, you guys have our former captain who is very disliked still here. Dubi normally plays a little harder against the Rangers.

Your team is fast and without Jones I admitt I was very worried about Harrington playing and Nutivaara being out there who I still feel needs to be sent down to the AHL to bring up a more solid ready player. But the speed of guys like Grabner and the pace you play is extremely impressive and I watched a lot of AVs Canucks when he was there and the play style is so similar with that rediculous speed and scoring in bunches. Good luck the rest of the way but not to much luck haha. I'm sure once this becomes a yearly slugfest I won't be wishing you guys much luck then so i should get it out now =p
