What a fantastic display of undisciplined hockey. The kind of performance that makes you think “wow, these guys hold themselves accountable.”

It's a dnq team that will not beat anyone half-way decent. Please clean house i am so sick of Neely's concept of hockey, I could scream.
They seem to find tough guys who don't actually intimidate the other team; who are a step behind the play; and who take dumb penalties at inopportune times. Zadorov has been a disappointment so far. Him getting tough with Pacioretty is not going to change the way Pax is going to play his game.

This is a mediocre team to be blunt. The new pieces made them bigger but weight and height does not translate into skill and goal scoring. Coaching staff will likely bear the consequences, not sure it will make a difference. The chemistry is not emerging. I still think they botched the preseason( not putting in the regulars for the last few games). Sometimes they play as if they have never seen other guys on their team before:help:. Going to be a long season( even if they miss the playoffs)

Win or lose, the entertainment value of these games is lacking.

I had no idea Stolarz had this in him.

The PK could be historically bad, and the PP isn't helping.

Tired legs playing with only 5 D.

Stolarz put up better SV% numbers than Bobrovsky in Florida and Gibson in Anaheim. Played fewer games and whatnot, but still, that takes some doing. The guy can stop pucks. Getting more of an opportunity to shine in his own right in Toronto, making the most of it.

I don't blame the penalties as much as I am frustrated by the Bruins inability to score when They have a powerplay.

Need to get our powerplay scoring.

Bruins need to score first in the game.
They play much better with a lead.
They don't have the offensive weapons to play catch up hockey.

Swayman played a good game I do not fault him on any of the goals.

Pastrnak must be nursing some sort of injury, he just can't handle the puck as he normally does.
Maybe hand, wrist, or elbow injury.

I liked Marchand's immediate response when Pastrnak was hit into the boards.

They needed a bit more physical push back against Toronto.

Bruins played only 5 defensemen for half the game.
Pacioretty should have received a charging call as his feet left the ice on the Peeke hit.

Move on to next game.

If Pasta is not 100% he should sit because he is doing nothing but hurting his team being in the lineup!
I hope McAvoy is also nursing an injury because it not be is absolutely brutal!

Pasta making lame excuses. “We are a young group”. “We were right there 5 on 5”. “We are learning new things”. Sounds a lot like Sweeney

1. They're not young.

2. Purely in terms of possession and carrying the play, yeah they were about 50/50. But very rarely looked like actually scoring. And they were inferior in just about every other area.

3. I will grant that Pasta did not say that what they were 'learning' was necessarily positive.
