I'm fully aware it's early and they are hovering around .500 so if they start clicking soon and go on a stretch above .500... they can be in a good spot. It's still extremely frustrating and hard to stay positive as a fan at times.

Like others said they are for the most part passing the eye test vs Toronto & NY but only results matter and currently they aren't getting much unless it's on special teams or winning with superb goaltending. Doesn't make for exciting hockey to watch so far.

Forget that, can we petition Lalonde to utilize the Blash blender for the 3rd. Just try something a little different, yea in some regards the process is working, (they're playing well), but the result has not been there.

I don't think it's very fun either at the moment.

But come on within reason surely. I think most of us expected the team at the best to be a bubble team, and if you're a bubble team you're gonna lose a bag full of games naturally. So I think it's pretty extreme with the posts that are full on doom posting are a bit extreme. This isn't exclusively for this thread only but any thread when we're losing.

I see a lot of this supposed elite team we had last year, yeah a team that would lose to the Sharks when they were up 4-0.
