Theres skill on this team, its undeniable but my god the hockey IQ has fallen off a cliff. Passes to the other team, or skates. Nothing looks clean, but they can still dominate for large stretches, but have nothing to show for it except like 14 shots but then the play goes the other way and its in our net.

Even routine passes like that one back to Bouchard to start the game - goes right through his stick. Stuff that should be second nature at this point in their career.

They do everything as a group, good or bad.

The passing from every perceptive is a joke. Passing speed, passing accuracy, receiving the pass, passing decisions, etc, etc. All embarrassing team wide at this point. It’s f***ing pathetic.

I don't know if you can have an average age of 30+ and not look slow. That is old in today's game.

Has nothing to do with looking slow when you can't make five foot passes it's gonna create the illusion. This feels like a team that has Zero intensity in its practices no one knows how to push the tempo right now.
