It’s time to just send him down and tell him to report to Tucson or retire. His call. We gave him an opportunity that 31 other teams in this league wouldn’t give him. He hasn’t earned his keep. It’s time to move on.
I will say, Ladd has been pretty good though. Definitely lost his speed but he’s still effective.

Agree...Eriksson has not only lost his speed, but whatever hockey IQ he had is non existent. Might as well call up McCartney and let him work w/the big club.

Eriksson shouldn't play again. Stralman should be a healthy scratch if everyone is healthy but with Timmins out meh. O'Brien should be in every game.

So even though we are sucking on the ice,I can at least have the confidence that BA knows what he is doing and behind the scenes has hired top people in all of their fields. Then last night the goal challenge happens.. I think “yes. Now we will see the real intelligence of the coaching squad and the video coach..even the ESPN announcers are confused, and in the end we will look like geniuses.” Nope apparently a simple unreviewable play known to the whole world.but not our coaching staff gets challenged and we look like amateurs .
I hope the other hires, like the scouting staff ,and player development teams are world class.. and live up to the bill.

The entire rebuild may very well hinge on the scouting dept. Lets hope they are better at their job than previous.

What the coaches suppose to do? Have you looked at our roster? We are last for a reason, not the coaches fault. The person to blame is none other than our GM BA.
O'Brien is not an everyday NHL player, but neither are a bunch of our vets. At least O"Brien brings energy.

I'm far from a competent hockey analyst, but my layman's eyeballs saw the Coyotes playing mostly a perimeter game while the Hawks repeatedly looked for opportunities to exploit the middle of the ice. Our shot quality was thus much lower. We made Flower look like a Vezina winner.
