Whole team is playing way too cute at times. They need to come out one game and say everyone's a goal scorer, let's get 45 shots and see what happens.

After 1 period edvinsson had the least amount of ice time for the D. How the eff does that happen. This coaching staff is moronic with ice time. The 3rd pair was out far too much. I hate how this coaching staff literally just rolls the 3 pairs. A minute and a half left in any period and a good coach puts their top 2 D on the ice. Lalonde puts out the 2nd or 3rd pair and we got stuck in our zone. We were lucky to get a pp there. This coaching is so God damn annoying.

Am I seeing it differently? They had some good zip to their game, and we have 10 shots on goal. Far less boring than most of the season so far imo.
Overall this year, Kane is playing like he has zero interest.
This team has almost zero sustained offence. They literally chased the puck around for most of the period. Did they ever setup in the offensive zone prior to the PP at the end of the period?
Kasper's line at least gets it in the offensive zone. They can cycle the puck well too. They just need to get it to the net more often.

Yeah, it really was. They played with a lot more structure in their own end. Had some good puck possession and pressure in the o zone. Kasper showed some good passing. Albert looked good too.

I don't care. Him and mo should both be playing at least 8 minutes a period. If this team has any chance of making the playoffs that's what needs to happen. Our bottom 4 are way weaker. Everyone knows it. So why not play our top pair top minutes? They should get 24-27 min each game.
I guess… Mo is averaging 24.5 and 21 year old Edvinsson is second on the team with like 21 minutes
I can only speak for myself, but when the team misses the playoffs for 9 years in a row, it's really tough to be positive.
I want success for the team as much as anyone, but when you watch losing hockey for decade, it takes a toll on you.
that's just me though, and there are far worse "Debbie downers" than me
