What would have helped in that situation? His battle in front had no impact on the goal. I mean, we all assume that RNH will make the wrong play these days, but I still wouldn't advise that Nurse leave his man in front to go and attack the high slot.

This team always seems to start ok, then the puck play gets so, so bad. The moment the neutral zone gets clogged we start trying to chip dumb passes around rather than just simplify and win battles.

Just throwing pucks around everywhere and hoping it works. Drives me f***ing crazy and it’s about the worst habit imaginable.

We do waste a ton of puck. No efficiency when it gets bad. Just lobbing it out, cycling it to nobody, etc
