It's all so tiresome
How is it that every breakout starts with an errant pass, a bobbled puck, a puck in the skates. It's hard to understand.
Maybe, but nothing else is working right now
They're trying to play fast and they're the slowest team in the league. How is it that every breakout starts with an errant pass, a bobbled puck, a puck in the skates. It's hard to understand.
That's what the girl at the picnic said too.LMFAO at that Hajek shot
I would stop that without pads
Part of the reason they are slow is because they don't move the puck at a high level. They're trying to play fast and they're the slowest team in the league.
They don't move the puck at a high level because they can't skate.Part of the reason they are slow is because they don't move the puck at a high level.
AINEC.Worst 11-3 shot advantage of all time?
I mean, yeah, most teams that win the Cup have a defenseman that plays like 30 ass minutes. We seem so reliant on Fox setting things up. If he's not carrying the puck or making fancy pass attempts we go nowhere
They don't skate. That's the difference. They don't move the puck at a high level because they can't skate.
I think there’s a subconscious bias that smaller defensemen can’t play mega minutes because they’re less resilient, which I don’t believe is actually the caseWhy is it such a big deal that Fox plays half the period? Top (Norris caliber and even below) defensemen routinely put up 25+ minute nights. Hell, 18 year old Jay Bouwmeester on the Panthers used to put up 30 minute games regularly.![]()
Package for ChychrunGuessing Jones is done for the night.
Wonder what his value is around the league. No way this coach is gonna give him a real chance
Yeah I'm not saying we're overusing him; it just looks like the rest of the team doesn't engage and is waiting for him to do the heavy liftingI mean, yeah, most teams that win the Cup have a defenseman that plays like 30 ass minutes.
You're just going to keep beating the drum that the Rangers found the only 20 guys in pro hockey who don't care about being pro hockey players. They don't skate. That's the difference.
You don't need to skate fast to move the puck effectively. You need to move with a purpose within some form of structure.
For the most part it's people standing around staring at the puck. No one should ever be standing still
Describing the sacred private time I have in my bathroom. lolI mean, yeah, most teams that win the Cup have a defenseman that plays like 30 ass minutes.
