I made a BEAGM in NHL 16 before the season started and left the rosters as is to keep it realistic and the team bombed it's way to a top 5 pick (mostly because of the new morale feature ****s up team chemistry over literally anything you do.) I started over but ended up trading Dubinsky for a kings ransom and the team flourished.
