Everyone looks awful, zero confidence…don’t think its effort related, just no synergy anywhere in the lineup.

I can’t look to a single player who I think is playing a good game tonight.

The team is completely demoralized. They look like they have no idea what to do. Indecision, no confidence, demoralized.
It makes it nearly impossible to judge who is playing poorly… nothing works. No possession, no patience. I’m not sure what the way out is right now….

If you take a good look and you have watched most of the games this year something stands out.I know we all say trade this guy and that guy but about the only player that looks better than last year is producing is Caufield .What other player is really playing up to expectations or better?There is something seriously wrong here.I don't know if a new system has been put in or they are not buying into what Marty is preaching but something has to give.If i would take an educated guess i would say it's the coaching and i was always a supporter of Marty.This can't continue much longer.When 99% of the team looks not interested the coach is on the hotseat .

Hughes and Gorton aren't as perfect as we thought.

People who wanted us to be good NOW, it was obvious it wasn't happening this season. Hughes and Gorton were not gonna hurt the future to be ''mid'' now. And it's how it needs to be for now.

Our most important players are either not here yet, in the NCAA or 20 year old's in the NHL.

Have they stopped listening to MSL? They didn't look like this last year. Maybe the loss of Monahan and even Kovacevic created more of a void than management envisioned when they chose to move on from both.
