I can have alcohol again. i'm gonna get drunk tonight. Why not? Can't feel any worse.

On the other note looks like Marty thinks Slaf did alright with CC and NS he should get another shot with them. I hope that sticks. Not like Habs are going anywhere this season. You want to keep Slaf in the NHL? Then at least maximize his chances of success. The rest of the slugs can play with Anderson.

Oh, I also predict Power Donkey is going to score tonight.

That War Room video was out since last year. It's loopy that hockey media and Hab fans only realized the mind-bending insanity of this thing in the last week.
Good job by @HabsCowboysOwn lifting those Bobrov quotes and calling him out:

The next time you watch Slafkovsky play and think the AHL would be good for him, remember snake oil salesman Bobrov's rock-solid arguments and give your head a shake:

1: The hockey historians are paying attention. They know better than you.

2: What he's done on the big stage is unprecedented. A bit vague but it sure sounds impressive.

3: He has the ability to want to take the bulls by the horn. Bulls, plural. Watch out.

4. He wants to own the moment which is a personality trait, not just a hockey skill. Know the difference.

5. He's carrying the mail. How nice of him.

6. He has the pressure of a country on his shoulders and the proof is in the pudding that he kept getting better under that 5 million population. Inspiring.

Loved Mortensen in Green Book and A History of Violence. And of course LOTR.

Love him even more in a Habs jersey.

There are probably several other good movies of his that I’ve missed out on.

If that team with Allen in net played the current team with Allen in net, I think it's pretty close.

Come on now. You underrate prime Subban and the one-legged General.

Or a viggo doppelgänger !

At least Viggo doesn't pretend he's Kevin Costner

Further to this morning's posts about how terrible the 2014-2015 Habs roster was, I just had to do a little bit of stat checking. I'm actually disappointed in myself for not knowing this:

Of the 88 teams to ever post 110 or more regular season points, the goals per game list ends like this:

87. 1998-1999 DAL 2.88
88. 2014-2015 MTL 2.61

LOL
