Pearson suspended two, Shaw overlooked.

Gilbert suspended three, Schenn overlooked.

When is our preferential treatment kicking in again?

So Gilbert was playing top 4D and now we lost him? Pisses me off too. That's a ***** call. You see some idiot skating through center with his head down, you ****ing drill them. Tough **** if he hits his head.

We don't even have Williams to fight Malkin tonight.

Over/under on Malkin running around and being a hack?

Whatever. Getting upset about what calls refs make, or how long or if guys get suspended, it's all subjective. The team struggling anyway doesn't help to angry up the blood either. Just another thing to add to the list since June 2014.

That gets me a little bit too and why I'm hoping for a coaching change. I remember how aggressive, pissed off, and loose everyone played when TM left and Sutter got here. Right now, we have a bunch of guys whispering "yeah, we're mad" about losing and getting run out of the building.

It's a different time. In Dec 2011, they had just made the big deal for Richards, they were younger, making the playoffs and getting better. In Nov 2016, they couldn't sign Lucic for a couple reasons, everyone has had more success and have much bigger cap hits, and they have fewer playoffs wins than Vancouver since the start of the 14-15 season.

If the Kings bottom out this year, and Sutter wants to retire or gets fired after the season, fine. What good does it do to fire Sutter now? The new coach doesn't have Quick. The new coach still has Brown. They're not going to, and can't, swap the bottom of the roster for the top of the roster in Ontario.

If Sutter is that bad, and the players don't listen anymore, or don't care enough, or whatever, then considering the state of the franchise, bring on a higher pick. If Sutter helps get that pick, then let him drive everything to the ground.

Haha only people saying that were -surprise- Ducks and Canucks fans.

Sucks about the 3 games, he might never throw another check again, like ever.

Predicting a 3-0 Pens shutout with a disallowed Jack Campbell goal on a delayed penalty. Sutter is fired after the game and replaced by Matt Greene who becomes the NHL's first player-coach since sometime in the 40s.

Greene fires the coaching staff and hires Stoll and Richards as assistants. They turn the Burger King jerseys into the home and away sweaters and then go undefeated to finish the regular season and playoffs, winning the franchise's 3rd Cup to cap off the 50th season.

Even without the cup win at the end, this would be so cool if it happened.

at this rate the January Kings line-up will be

Brown-Kopitar-a bucket
Pearson- a rock-two pennies
King-a Ken doll-half a sandwich

Bailey-Doughty
a cucumber-Doughty again
a signed Doughty Jersey-Doughty in a triple shift

Budaj in goal, but he was struck blind in a freak accident.

Good prop bet idea...

More total goals

Crosby/Malkin
Kings team

Another good prop bet:

BigKing made $800 selling his extra tickets while going to nearly every game last season.

Will BigKing give all of that back this season and then some?

I'm saying -500 for "give it back". Odds increase by -10 for each loss and -25 for each shutout.

Pearson actually got 4. Anyone still wonder why Brown doesn't want to hit people like he used to?
