I can totally admit it
I have been LESS than kind to Gallagher these last 2 years..

But it's on the player too to shut us up
And so far, yeah, seeing glimpses of the old Gallagher
Not NEARLY worth 6.5 mill
BUT, this is manageable.. this you can work with a bit..
It remains to be seen if this is.. tradeable eventually

Lack of production will be a criticism no matter what. If Caufield finishes with 29 goals I don’t think we’ll be happy no matter how many chances he generates. I’m counting on him for 40. Anything less and I’ll be disappointed.

If you’re generating chances I’m far more forgiving because it means you’ll eventually score. If you’re not even generating chances it’s more of a concern.

As I said above though, if at the end of the year you don’t have the numbers then yes it’s a disappointment.

Sure, but he hasn't been as good playing wise or production wise. Shots are great but ultimately he needs to produce. Anderson had 5 shots last game against Vegas and I thought he was complete dog shit. Either way, not worried about Cole either, the double standard is funny though.
