Halak is back in net? Damn.

Elliott is looking like crap (lately) and the team in front of him plays like it.

Kings lit him up in the playoffs; may have been a different series if Halak would have came back.

The Blues will be flying tonight and in pursuit of revenge from their 4 game losing streak.

Hope it's a good game. I'm at the ACC to watch the Flyers (hopefully) destroy the Leafs.
 
This seems like an obvious Blues win, so of course the Kings will win tonight. Because that's the world we live in.

If the Kings lose I look forward to manning the suicide hotline around here tonight. 1-800-TRD-BRWN
 
Games are more fun to watch when you are not emotionally attached.

I just assume the Kings are going to continue to lose games till Mitchell gets back.

Make watching more pleasant. That way if they win it's a bonus.
 
btw, in case anyone cares ...

Freddy's Steakburgers are YUM ! :nod: They are like an In-N-Out knock off ... very Good 2nd choice.

The Fries, while tastey are the crappy shoe-string style ... you'd think STEAKburger, they'd have large STEAK-Fries or some nice crinkle cuts (like the OLD Carls Jr had, man I miss those :cry:, I know Del Taco, but NO they are soft and under cooked usually) :rant:

Also got one of their Hot Dogs ... Chicago Dog ... not bad, but served on a Folded TEXAS TOAST in place of a Bun ? WTF ? :huh:

Didn't get a FROZEN CUSTARD but everyone SAYS they be da Bomb ! so next time :)

The Blues with Halak in net is a big difference than the Blues with Elliot in net during last year's playoffs.
 
so is NBCSN not broadcasting this game? That was the original plan but I'm not sure if that's still the case, right now (25 minutes before broadcast is supposed to start) they are showing college basketball with about 4 minutes left to go in the first half, obviously nowhere near the end. I'll be damned if I have to illegally stream it cause nhl.com says it's a nationally broadcasted game and thus blackout gamecenter when it isn't.
 
If they win, awesome! If they lose, who cares, we have the Stanley Cup. I just hope it ends early so I can get to bed early. Gotta go in tomorrow and ask for a raise. $40K just ain't cutting it. Ah, whatever, I strive for mediocrity.

No one is suggesting that. I'm just suggesting that people who think the Blues are the same team as what you saw in last year's playoffs are wrong. It's not that hard, bud.

Like no team is the same as last year. Not one single team in the NHL is.

The Kings are not the same ether.

Same here in New Jersey. It was supposed to be broadcasting this game nationally but instead two scrub NCAAB teams.
